Andy began his HVAC career in 2000, not realizing just how much he would grow to love the trade. He started out in the installation department and later moved into service work, where he found his true calling. Fixing things and understanding how mechanical systems work has always come naturally to him.

Andy especially enjoys the customer service side of the industry, solving problems others can’t, designing effective and efficient systems, and helping homeowners take practical steps to make their homes more comfortable and energy efficient. He values building relationships with clients and ensuring they feel confident in the solutions provided.

26 years later, Andy still loves the work he does. In 2026, he founded Wiles Home Solutions with a clear vision: to provide HVAC service the way it should be done, with the customer at the center of every decision. His passion for helping people and serving the surrounding communities inspired the launch of the company.
