The WHS Maintenance Plan is a preventative maintenance program designed to help keep your HVAC system operating as efficiently and reliably as possible. This one-year agreement includes two scheduled tune-ups: one for your air conditioner and one for your furnace. During a maintenance visit, we will inspect and clean key components of your system. Wiles Home Solutions also provides reminders when it is time for service, helping ensure your system receives recommended maintenance about every six months. The average residential system life expectancy is 15–20 years. With diligent maintenance we can help you see the higher end of that range and keep your system operating as it should.
Peace of Mind
We take care of reminders when maintenance is due and schedule at a convenient time for you. We provide a written evaluation yearly, so you know the condition and reliability of your system - helping avoid emergency situations when possible.
